After having spent a year in the company writing my last semesters projects it was apparent that PDM Technology has a great work atmosphere with some good fun and humor in between the challenging everyday tasks. That combined with the opportunity to be a part of creating and improving state-of-the-art solutions used by thousands of users, based on their feedback and needs, in order to make their life easier is what motivated me to join the team. Working here offers the freedom of working independently, administering your own time to a large degree while having a strong team at your back should you need it.

Before completing my master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration, I was hired as a student assistant at the company. This experience allowed me to gain valuable insights and a good impression of the company before my full-time employment. Mitarbeiter bei Bluestar PLM zu sein, hat meinen Horizont enorm erweitert. Die Arbeit in unserem internationalen Team bestehend aus Kollegen aus den USA , Dänemark und Tschechien ist ein Grund dafür. PDM Technology has been part of my career as a customer from 2016 to 2020 at a Medical device company and now an employee. It is the tool that connected the Engineering team’s various CAD (CREO, Autodesk, SolidWorks & Altium) systems with the rest of the organization using Dynamics.
