Blueview Online
Blueview is now accessible directly through a web browser. Users can open it from the field service module and view a 3D model associated with the field service asset. The interactive 3D model allows users to rotate and explore components, making it easy to select and order spare parts.
Vault File Viewer
This tool provides access to object documentation and information related to Bluestar objects directly from the field service module. Users can view the Bill of Materials (BOM), examine attached documents, and select items from the BOM to order spare parts.
